We were tasked to partner with the client event team to create an event focusing on relationship building and content delivery. 

The brief included a 700 guest conference and exhibition over a five-day program, including a  technology pavilion showcasing the latest products. 

The event also included an offsite welcome dinner in Old Town Prague, as well as a second offsite gala dinner and awards ceremony on the final evening at a Czech Palace.

  • Seamless client and agency project team outputs and event progression work. 

  • We worked closely with the client’s marketing & communications team in developing the perfect balance between content and delivery, ensuring delegates benefited most from the sessions. 

  • We created a full set and stage, designed to maximise the relationship between the speaker and the audience.

  • We also had a strong ambition to leave a positive impact on the local Prague community. Thus we worked closely with a local charity, tying this into the program sessions in order to directly support homeless families in the city.

  • We hosted the first of our offsites in the centre of Old Town Prague, taking over a traditional Czech opera house. Here guests were invited to immerse themselves in the local culture with traditional entertainment & cuisine.

  • Our second offsite and final night of the program involved taking over a local Czech palace with beautifully ornate features enriched with local history.

  • We created a fully immersive environment, where guests were able to actively engage with one another as well as access content in a relaxed and informal manner.

  • We created a number of brand activation touchpoints, both in the sessions and throughout the venue.

  • We fully branded the Hilton Prague in clever and unique formats.

  • We ensured a seamless transition across the three venues through detailed logistical planning.

  • We activated a relationship with a local charity, allowing delegates to interact and directly see the positive impact they, as a company, were leaving in Prague.

  • We received hugely positive reviews from both speakers and delegates post-event.
